63-year-old Brantford man charged with Assault

Brantford Police Service63-year-old Brantford man charged with Assault

Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to attend an assault type call at a Grove Crescent location, at approximately 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 17.

Information was received to indicate that a verbal dispute between two men, regarding barking dogs had escalated, resulting in one man physically assaulting the other.   

As a result of this police investigation, a 63-year-old man from Brantford, stands charged with the following:

  • Assault Cause Bodily Harm- Choke, Suffocate or Strangle, contrary to the Criminal Code
