“As an active senior, I’m pleased to see that the City will be offering more programs than ever before as part of this year’s Let’s Get Moving campaign,” said Kevin Davis, Mayor for the City of Brantford. “This series of free programs will provide an excellent opportunity for older adults to remain active and connected to their community.”
Prioritizing seniors’ health and wellness, and promoting opportunities for community partners to deliver neighbourhood-based programming is a key component of the City’s Healthy Aging Plan. To discover additional programming for older adults, visit Brantford.ca/HealthyLiving.
