Brantford Police Service unveils new mascot

Brantford Police ServiceBrantford Police Service unveils new mascot

The Brantford Police Service (BPS) unveiled their new mascot on Friday, October 13, 2023.

“We are excited to introduce our newest recruit but, there’s just one small problem … our furry friend hasn’t been given a name yet!”

BPS will be looking for help from the youngest members of the community to come up with a name for the newest member of the BPS family.

BPS will be launching a contest for the community’s youth to provide their suggestions for a great mascot name. Information on how to enter will be shared on BPS social channels – X(Twitter) and Facebook, as well as on the BPS website: www.brantfordpolice.ca

“Keep an eye out for our crime fighting canine friend, who is making appearances at various local community events. It is the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and start to think of a fitting name.”

“Let’s have fun and be creative as we welcome our ‘soon to be named’ Brantford police mascot! In the meantime, we’re sharing a photo of our new friend so that we can get better acquainted.”

Stay tuned for full contest details coming soon.
