City of Brantford announced the launch of BuildBrantford.ca, a new website that will make interacting with the City’s Building and Planning departments easier, faster, and much more convenient, on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.
The new website is designed to simplify and streamline the building and planning process for residents, builders, developers and businesses alike.
This important initiative is part of the City’s ongoing commitment to providing accessible, efficient, and improved customer service delivery to residents and businesses in Brantford. Users can now easily access applications for permits online, engage with interactive maps for planning applications and building permits, and find comprehensive information on building and planning processes within Brantford.
On the new site, users can link directly to Cloudpermit, an online development application workflow and data management tool that enables applicants to seamlessly submit and track the status of their applications from beginning to end.
“With a commitment to continuous improvement, this modern new resource will enhance the experience of all users who engage with the City’s Planning and Building staff, whether they’re applying for a permit for the first time or are seasoned developers,” said Kevin Davis, Mayor for the City of Brantford. “This platform was built in response to feedback from our community asking for a more convenient and transparent application process, now made much easier, thanks to the hard work of several City departments involved in making this significant achievement a reality.”
BuildBrantford.ca also features new interactive online maps that features active building permits as well as planning applications.
