OPP opens arson investigation in County of Brant

Brant OPPOPP opens arson investigation in County of Brant

The Brant Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking public assistance in investigating a suspicious fire reported in Brant County.

Members of Brant County OPP, along with the Brant County Fire Department, responded to a structure fire on Pottruff Road in Brant County shortly after 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2024.

There were no occupants in the structure at the time, and there were no injuries as a result of the fire.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. The Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal has been consulted, and the investigation is on going. Updates will be provided when available.
