Police are investigating two separate thefts of vehicles in Brant County from private property.

On Saturday July 27, 2024, the Ontario Provincial Police Brant detachment investigated the theft of a motor vehicle from Grand River St S, Paris.

It was determined that sometime overnight, the vehicle was stolen from the property. The vehicle was identified as a silver, 4-door 2011 Volkswagen GTD.

On Sunday July 28, 2024, at approximately 7:20pm, the Brant County OPP detachment investigated the theft of a motor vehicle from a field off Thompson Rd. in Brant County.

It was determined while the owner was working in the field, the vehicle was stolen from the property. The vehicle was identified as a grey 2001 Nissan Frontier extend cab pickup truck.

Members of the Brant County OPP detachment are investigating and are asking the public for assistance. Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to contact the police at 1-888-310-1122.
