The Kiwanis Youth Writers Contest culminates with Prizes being awarded at the Youth Writers Fest on Saturday 16 November.
This is a writing competition presented by the Kiwanis Club of Brantford and the Brantford Public Library.
Prizes total over $3,000 to potential young authors to submit their stories to children in Elementary Schools and High Schools in Brantford, the Six Nations of the Grand River and Brant County
Over 100 entries were received from the three categories, Senior -Grades 10, 11 and 12; Intermediate – Grades 7, 8 and 9; and Junior-Grades 4, 5 and 6.
