Brant Community Foundation Accepting Grant Applications

Local NewsBrant Community Foundation Accepting Grant Applications

The Brant Community Foundation is now accepting applications for funding from registered charities in Brantford, Brant County, Six Nations of the Grand River, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation,

The Foundation is a 360-degree granter and makes grants to benefit a wide variety of causes, including community development, education, health and social services, arts, culture, heritage, environment, food and housing insecurity, recreation, and more.

Started in 1997, the Foundation raises charitable donations and provides impactful grants across our communities through wise investments. The Foundation has granted more than $6 million since its inception.

Eligibility information and applications can be found on the Foundation’s website at http://brantcommunityfoundation.ca/grants-2/.

Additionally, the Foundation is holding a Grant Seminar on October 6th to provide information for those registered charities interested in applying. The link to the registration is on the Grant Section of the website.

The application deadline for the Brant Community Foundation Grants will be October 21st, 2022 at 5:00pm. New this year, applications are now submitted online. The Grants Coordinator can be reached by email at grants@brantcf.ca, or by phone at (519) 756-2499.
