The annual Burford Fair will take over the fairgrounds on Thanksgiving weekend from Saturday, October 8 to Monday, October 10.
After a year off in 2020, and a shortened two-day fair in 2021, this year’s event returns to three full days of fun.
“It’s going to be a great event,” said Nancy Spierenburg, board member for the Burford Agricultural Society. “We have been working hard the last few years on updating our fairgrounds and are proud to showcase our property and community.”
This year’s fair includes the return of annual classics including the baby and talent shows, the midway, exhibit buildings and the antique tractor displays.
This year’s featured elements include the I am Demolition Derby on Saturday and two Monster Truck shows on Sunday.
Admission into the fair is $10 for adults, $5 for youth and free for children under 5, parking is included in the price. Gates open at 12 p.m. on Saturday, 11 a.m. on Sunday, and 10 a.m. on Monday.
