Officers with the Brantford Police Service were dispatched to attend reports of an indecent act that occurred at locations near Colborne Street and Dalhousie Street at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 16, 2022.
Information was received from a concerned citizen to report that a male was observed masturbating in public at a Colborne Street location and a second call was received to indicate that the same male was observed performing the indecent act at a location near Dalhousie Street and King Street.
Officers attended, located, and arrested the accused.
As a result of the investigation, a 28-year-old man from Brantford, stands charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
• Indecent Act – public place x 2
• Cause Disturbance
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
