As a result of continued investigation, charges have been laid following a January 6, 2023, collision which sent a 33-year-old to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The collision involved a construction vehicle and a pedestrian. The pedestrian, a 33-year-old male, was transported to hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and was co-operating with police. 

A 46-year-old man from Brantford stands charged with Dangerous Operation causing bodily harm contrary to the Criminal Code.
