Autism Dog Services (ADS) will be hosting their ninth annual online charity auction from November 1 through November 10, 2024.
“It is one of our signature annual fundraisers and we are excited with all the donated items from local businesses, friends and supporters of Autism Dog Services”, said Adele Alfano, Fund Development Manager for Autism Dog Services.
ADS kicks off the annual virtual auction fundraiser with well over 100 items up for auction bids and there is something for everyone. This year’s auction is about “family and fun experiences” such as: hotel stays, resorts and beach retreats, museum and theatre tickets, wine and beer tastings, glamping and camping, waterparks, health and spa days, outdoor and family fun adventures.
“Our big ticket item is two tickets to a Toronto Raptors game valued at $547,” said Alfano.
Vicky Spadoni, Executive Director of ADS added, “ADS has a lot of online supporters that look forward to the online auction every year. It takes donors to give items of interest and bidders that keep on bidding. Let’s keep the momentum going again this year and just have fun with this online event. Let’s do our Christmas shopping from home.”
