Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to reports of threats made at a retail establishment on Beverly Street in St. George.

Brant County OPP attended a retail establishment in St. George to respond to reports of an unknown male party who interacted with staff at the establishment at approximately 4:31 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

Upon departing the store, the male uttered threats to staff working at the time.

The person of interest is described as a white male, approximately 50 years old, grey hair, wearing a blue scarf, pajama pants, a grey sweater. The male was also riding a motorized scooter.

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the responsible individual. If anyone has any information or can assist in identifying the person of interest, you are being asked to contact the Brant County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
