Brant Road closed for six hours after two-vehicle collision

Brant OPPBrant Road closed for six hours after two-vehicle collision

One person is facing Highway Traffic Act (HTA) charges after a two-vehicle collision on Brant Road in the County of Brant Thursday morning.

Members from Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), County of Brant Fire Department and Brant-Brantford Paramedic Services responded to a collision on Brant Road near McLean School Road in the County of Brant at approximately 6:14 a.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2024.

Five people were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A 46-year-old from Kitchener has been charged with the following offence:

  • Adult Careless Driving Causing Bodily Harm

Brant Road was closed for approximately six hours for the investigation.
