Brantford Sports Council announced the finalists for the 19th annual Sports Awards and Recognition Program on Friday, March 14, 2025.

This year’s event will be held on Saturday, April 5 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Laurier Research and Academic Centre West.

Finalists in each category are as follows:

Kevin Finney Memorial Award – Sportsmanship and Dedication
Blair Mathews – Multi-Sports
Mila Schablow – Girls Hockey

Phyllis Gretzky Memorial Award – Female Youth Leadership
Abby Fellinger – Swimming
Alexandra Barton – Multi-Sports

Frank Bricker Memorial Award – Male Youth Leadership

Domino’s will once again present a $1,000 Bursary to a Male and Female athlete.

Frank Tomlin Memorial Award, Sportsperson of the Year will also be presented during the Awards Ceremonies.
