Five people charged after drug trafficking investigation

Six Nations Police executed two Section 11  Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants at two residences located on Second Line Road  and Fourth Line Road on the Six Nations Territory on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

Five adults were arrested without incident. As a result, police seized a large quantity of Oxycodone, with a street value of approximately $7,300. In addition, police seized bulk currency, cell phones and stolen motor vehicles.  

As a result of the investigation, Garrett General (37-years-old) of Ohsweken, ON, has been arrested and charged with the following criminal offences: 

– Trafficking (Oxycodone) 

– Possession over $5,000 

– Proceeds of Crime over $5,000  

– Tampering With Vehicle Identification Number x 2  

– Possession of House Breaking Instruments  

– Breach Probation  

In addition, Marguerite General (65-years-old) of Ohsweken, ON, and Stacy General (57-years-old) of  Ohsweken, ON, have been arrested and charged with the following criminal offences:

– Trafficking (Oxycodone) 

– Possession over $5,000 

– Proceeds of Crime over $5,000 

– Tampering With Vehicle Identification Number x 2 

– Possession of House Breaking Instruments 

Caulin Hill (29-years-old) of Ohsweken, ON, and Brooke Nicholas (27-years-old) have been arrested and charged with the following criminal offences: 

– Possession over $5,000  

– Tampering with Vehicle Identification Number x 2 

– Weapon: Unauthorized Possession 

One accused was held in custody pending a formal bail hearing. All other accused are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
