The Board of Health for Grand Erie Public Health (GEPH) announced that Chief Executive Officer Brent Richardson is no longer with the organization on Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
“This is a defining moment for Grand Erie Public Health. We are focused on welcoming a new CEO who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our newly integrated organization while also ensuring that the communities we serve continue to receive high-quality, timely and equitable public health services. The Board is committed to our future goals and remains steadfast in our commitment to excellence, collaboration, and public trust,” said Amy Martin, Board Chair for GEPH.
The Board is committed to maintaining the highest standards of public health service and governance. As part of this commitment, the Board is working with a recognized executive recruitment firm to lead the search for GEPH’s next CEO. This process is underway, and the Board is confident in its ability to attract the next leader with the ability to execute on priorities and further develop a strong, unified organization following the recent merger of two public health entities.
In the interim, the Board has appointed Brad Stark and Sarah Page to provide shared leadership and continuity until such time as a CEO has been hired.
