City of BrantfordLive music coming to Bell Homestead to close out summer

The Bell Homestead National Historic Site will be offering two live music events including Symphony Under the Stars and Coffee House at The Café to close out the last weeks of summer.

“Our live music events are always popular and we’re thrilled to be able to invite residents and visitors to enjoy these talented artists at the Bell Homestead,” said Brian Wood, Curator, Bell Homestead National Historic Site.

The Brantford Community Symphony Orchestra will be playing classical music loved by the Bell Family and a few modern favourites at the Symphony Under the Stars outdoor performance on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. A rain date has been scheduled for Friday, August 26, 2022. Don’t forget to bring a lawn chair or blanket to enjoy the concert. Donations are accepted for this free event in support of the Brantford School of Instrumental Music.

Join us on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 7:00 p .m. for the Coffee House at The Café event providing an evening of smooth 60’s music by Pleasant Ridge and good eats on The Exchange Café porch. Test your 60’s TV trivia knowledge for a chance to win prizes. Snacks and refreshments are included with ticket purchases which cost $25.00 per person by calling 519-756-6220. This event will be moved to Bell’s Carriage House in the event of poor weather.
