Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine hands-on cooking with a delicious tasting experiences.
Enjoy a Friday night out at this family friendly event. We’ll be making a batch of pasta from scratch while exploring a variety of pasta shapes and sizes. Which sauce pairs best with each pasta? Join us to find out. Pasta from scratch along with 2 traditional sauces is on our menu.
Youth tickets are recommended for kids 8-17 years of age when accompanied by an adult.
Alcoholic beverages are not included in the class fee, but are available for purchase during the evening.
You’ll be enjoying a bowl of pasta at the end of the night, but sometimes we have leftovers so please bring your own reusable containers to help us reduce the use of single use plastics for leftovers.
