Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.
Join us for a brand new culinary experience: the Simple Soup Series. We’ve taken our usual three hour class and trimmed it down to focus on one specific recipe.
In this culinary event, we’ll work in groups to prepare one of our signature soups. Today, it’s a LOBSTER BISQUE SOUP with big chunks of garlic butter lobster tails in every bite and a quick homemade stock! It is so smooth and creamy. Naturally, we’ll enjoy our soup with a homemade cheddar biscuit.
Once our soup and biscuits are ready, we’ll sit down together to enjoy this dish that will become a staple in your own kitchen.
Sometimes we have leftovers. Please bring your own reusable containers and water bottle to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
