Ohsweken resident facing child pornography charges

Six Nations Police Service, with the assistance of OPP Digital Forensic Technicians, have charged a person following an investigation into child pornography offences.  

As a result of investigation, Police charged a 58-year-old resident of Ohsweken with possession of child pornography. 

The accused has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Brantford on August 28, 2024. 

Police are continuing their investigation, and further charges may be pending. 

No further information will be released as there is a publication ban imposed by the courts.
