Due to minor damage caused by a water main break, the Ontario Works location at 220 Colborne Street, Brantford will be temporarily closed to the public until further notice. We appreciate the public’s patience as we work to clean up impacted areas as soon as possible.   

Residents requiring in-person assistance are asked to contact their service coordinator at 519-759-3330 Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. so that alternate arrangements can be made. Service requests can also be made by emailing hhsinquiries@brantford.ca.

Active social assistance recipients can visit the MyBenefits website at https://mybenefits.mcss.gov.on.ca/ to see the status of all future payments and to report changes.

Ontario Works provides financial and employment assistance to individuals and families who are in need. Information on how to apply is available on www.Brantford.ca/OntarioWorks
