Six Nations Police arrested a male suspect upon arriving in a taxi to an address on Chiefswood Road on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
Police believed the male was bringing illicit drugs onto the Six Nations Territory. Search incident to arrest, police seized a loaded handgun, pre-packaged cocaine, fentanyl and bulk prescription drugs.
On Friday, February 14, 2025, Six Nations Police executed three Section 11 Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants at Colborne Street East motel and Cayuga Street residence in the City of Brantford.
At the motel, two males were arrested with police seizing a loaded handgun, loaded shotgun, conducted energy weapon, bulk fentanyl, cocaine, prescription drugs and currency.
At the Cayuga Street residence, police located bulk Fentanyl in teddy bear shapes along with bulk firearm ammunition.
As a result of Project Neo, police seized approximately 400 grams of fentanyl, 25 grams of cocaine and 1400 prescription pills.

Marcus Connell, 36 years of Brantford, ON, with the following criminal offences:

– Firearm: Tampering with Serial Number
– Firearm or Weapon: Contrary to Prohibition Order X2
Madeline Froman, 32 years of Brantford, ON, with the following criminal offences:
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking: Fentanyl
– Careless Use: Ammunition
Jerome Nolan, 39 years of Toronto, ON, with the following criminal offences:
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Dilaudid
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Oxycodone
– Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Alprazolam
– Proceeds of Crime Under $5000

Connell, Nolan and Nedd were all held pending formal bail hearings. Froman was released via Form 10 Undertaking and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, Ontario at a later date.
