An Ohsweken resident is facing multiple charges after a single-vehicle collision on Seneca Road on Saturday, May 25, 2024

Members of the Six Nations Police were advised of a single vehicle collision at approximately 5:05 p.m. on Saturday. Officers attended the  location and observed a male party walking on the road. Officers spoke with the male who admitted to driving the motor vehicle and to consuming alcoholic beverages.  

As a result of the investigation, Ricky Joseph HILL (69 years old) of Ohsweken, Ontario has been charged with the following offences: 

– Impaired Operation 

– Alcohol per se Offence “80 plus”  

– Driving while under Suspension.  

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford,  Ontario at a later date. The vehicle was impounded and placed on a seven-day hold.
